Mary’s professional development began with an undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo focusing on business and finance and continued throughout her career to include certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile Facilitation and Coaching (ACC, ATF) and Scaled Agile (SPC4). Over her career she has held increasing senior leadership roles delivery customer value for large, complex organizations. She brings 25+ years of experience in team and project leadership, management and execution. Mary’s experience in many unique projects includes strategic planning, execution of IT projects, new business implementation, process design, facilities build-out, technology implementation and both internal and outsourced application development.
Mary is a results-oriented consultant capable of leading diverse teams, Mary has a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Her experience spans a variety of organizations including banking, finance, high tech, communications, transportation, real estate and property management.

After graduating from McMaster University’s School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree Phil has spent over 35 years working in the Finance and IT fields.
Phil has worked with a wide variety of companies from a small privately held investment firm, to small/mid sized home builders as well as large financial institutions, banks and insurance companies. This has provided him with a wide range of experience in such diverse areas as system evaluation selection and implementation and more recently the design, creation and production of custom financial reporting, cash flow projections and analysis, budget planning and resource allocations for business. In addition Phil has been exposed to many different business, accounting, planning and financial perspectives from both small and large businesses as well as individuals.
Since becoming an independent financial consultant Phil has been able to focus on his areas of interest, financial analysis, small business start ups and financial modelling for retirement planning.
