A local favourite for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, the Peterborough Nordic Club wanted a simple, easy-to-manage website that would serve both new visitors and long-time members. Their goal was to improve access to trail information, promote passes and rentals, and showcase the welcoming, community-driven atmosphere that defines their club.
What We Did
We partnered with the Peterborough Nordic Club to redesign and update their website using the Squarespace 7.1 platform. We worked directly with one board member to craft a user-friendly, single-page site that would serve multiple audiences: first-time visitors to Peterborough, school or tour group leaders, and trail users needing quick access on the go. The site features trail maps, rental info, pass-purchase details, trail-condition updates via Instagram, club information, and a contact form — all in one efficient site layout.
