  • Other than what noted in each package above every project includes the following:

    • Free .com or .ca domain registration or renewal registered with OmniWorx Design.

    • Custom 404 Error pages.

    • Art Direction for Images, Graphic Design or Stock Photography purchases.

    • 1 hour Squarespace training session for you and/or your team.

  • Extra costs for subscriptions and such are not included in our website project rates. We are happy to provide a quote for the following on request.

    • Squarespace hosting fees, these fees are dependant on the needs of the client and we will recommend only what you need.

    • Professional copywriting. While we are happy to modify existing copy you may have for SEO, brand new copywriting is not included but can be added to any of our offerings.

    • Fees for any third party extensions we may connect to your site like Squarespace Marketing, Accuity Scheduling, reservation software etc.

    • Website legal copy. We are happy to connect you to some resources or to local legal professionals.

  • With OmniWorx Design, the length of the project mostly depends on the responsiveness of our clients. With that said the quickest turnaround for a website is about a month before requiring express fees. We have worked on projects taking up to a year and we would rather not have projects take longer than that.

  • For website projects, typically we ask for

    • 25% at the time a quote is accepted,

    • 25% upon completion of the initial design before our first review,

    • 25% upon final approval of design

    • 25% upon final launch once the website is online.

    Invoices are all due upon receipt.

  • At the end of our project, our clients get their own account with full administrative privileges.

    Normally by default OmniWorx Designs account maintains “Ownership” of the site as far as Squarespace is concerned as this helps us if we ever need to troubleshoot an issue with your site.

    With that said, assuming your website project is paid in full, we are happy to transfer official ownership of your site to your account on request! After that you are more than welcome to keep our account on as a contributor or delete our access all together.
