Top Roofers

For over 25 years, Top Roofers has been providing east Toronto with premium quality roof repair & replacement services. They take care of the roof over their customers heads.

Brand. We worked with Top Roofers to modernize and standardize an existing brand. We created a simple and easy to remember logo that was based off of an existing graphic and colour scheme. We took the existing colours and the roof motif and modernized the font using a clean sans-serif font. Based of of this brand we created assets such as new business cards for the owner, post cards, uniforms, billboards, signage, newsletters and a website.

In Your Neighbourhood Campaign. We worked with Top Roofers to create an ongoing marketing campaign focused on the local nature of their business. The objectives of the campaign were to not only grow their business in the neighbourhoods that Top Roofers already served but to also humanize the owner, Bruno, by showcasing him in as much of the media as possible. The multifaceted campaign included social media ad buys, out of home advertising, event promotion, lawn signage and direct mail. We also designed a van wrap for a new and existing van with the same message that Top Roofers is in your neighbourhood.

Results: In the first half of 2022 Top Roofers doubled their income from the same time period in 2021. The website received 2,500 unique visits with 8% (204) of visits resulting in leads and 4% (100) resulting in projects. The new campaign along with a campaign promoting referrals resulted in more than half of all leads received.
