Top Roofers
We first began working with Top Roofers in January of 2020 to update their website and soon proved that we could bring even more value to their business.
Business Cards we created for Top Roofers new brand.
We worked with Top Roofers to update their brand, create a newsletter and provide support for social media promotions. We are continuing to work with Top Roofers in 2021 to continue to update their branding collateral to the new brand, create a spring marketing campaign for local papers, postcards and billboards and continuing to produce newsletters.
We asked Jamie Day Fleck of Top Roofers about her experience working with us. Here is what she had to say!
How did you hear about our services?
I heard about OmniWorx through a referral from someone that was happy with your services.
How long had you been looking for a service provider for this project?
I had been wanting to re-do our website for a long time and do some re-branding. I had not been actively looking for a provider more passively looking and when someone recommended a local business that was close by, I jumped on the opportunity.
Were you looking for other designers? Why did you decide to work with OmniWorx Inc. over other designers or firms?
I decided on OmniWorx because they had excellent customer service and spent the time getting to know us before coming up with a plan or asking for money. I appreciated that Omniworx had a mission to support local businesses such as ours and had experience with that. I appreciated the very personal approach and an understanding of how local businesses often have built up relationships with their clientele rather than a faceless larger corporation where you might not meet the owner of the business or deal with the same person. Also, I found OmniWorx’s flexible pricing structure was more attainable for small businesses like ours who have limited marketing budgets and time to devote to marketing.
What business challenges were you facing and how did OmniWorx Inc. help you solve them?
Doing all the design work or backend work on a website is a very daunting task for a small business. While some employees might be more computer-savvy, not all are and small businesses may not have the resources to hire a full-time in-house marketing team. OmniWorx took a lot of this work and worry off our plate allowing us to worry about production and servicing our customers rather than fussing over website platforms and design tweaks.
How did OmniWorx Inc. help bring value to your business?
As a business you want to give the best impression to your current clientele and your future clientele as well as making it easy for them to understand what services or products you provide. OmniWorx helped us to do that by making our visual face to prospective and current customers look easy to understand, approachable and professional.
What was the creative process like for you?
There was a lot of back and forth in the creative process but it felt like we were really being cared for and that OmniWorx wanted to give us a final product that we were happy with.
Do you have any advice for other small businesses looking for Graphic Design services?
I think if you don’t have graphic design experience or are not a visual or creative person, hire a professional. Sometimes small businesses think they can handle everything but they can’t. Also, the final product will look so much better and will show a better public image to prospective clients. Saving money should not be the only consideration in design, promotion and marketing because effective design will greatly affect how one is perceived and how well you communicate with the public. Being in business always has costs and marketing is a very important one which is often overlooked but you won’t get new customers without great marketing.
Another piece of advice is to find someone you work well with and takes time to understand you. It should not be an uncomfortable working situation and if it is you should find someone else.
Do you have anything else you would like to add about your experience working with OmniWorx Inc?
We were very happy with the service and care we received and would definitely use them again for our graphic design and marketing needs.
