Last spring, OmniWorx Design had the pleasure of collaborating with Heather and Linda from Twohey Home in Peterborough to revamp their website. How did you hear about our services?

How long had you been looking for a service provider for this project?
We were fed up with our current service provider and your name came up, so we decided it was worth a meeting.

What business challenges were you facing and how did OmniWorx Design help you solve them?
We wanted to simplify our web site and give it a more updated look. We also wanted to do so seamlessly, so as not to interfere with our daily operations. Jack not only gave us the look that we were hoping for, but he did so quickly and efficiently without any disruptions to daily operations. He listened to our needs and followed through accordingly.
How did OmniWorx Design help bring value to your business?
Our webpage is an important tool to attract customers to our shop. He cleaned it up and simplified it all while emphasizing our brand approach.
What was the creative process like for you?
Normally this part can be quite frustrating for us as we are not tech savvy. However, Jack simplified it and made it hassle free.
What was the reaction like to the new website from your customers?
That it feels more personal now and the clients have a better understanding of what we have to offer. They also feel they know each of us a bit better before they come in.
