Project Feature: We’re in Your Neighbourhood

This year we have been working with Top Roofers to create an ongoing campaign to use with their out of home advertising, mail advertising, social media advertising and even on their work vans. Top roofers wanted to promote that they were a local roofer and that they were already working in their customers neighbourhoods so we created the We're In Your Neighbourhood Campaign to promote to new customers in the neighbourhoods they served already.

Project Challenge

Top Roofers is a small, locally owned, roofing company completing with large international roofing companies and other smaller local companies. Our challenge was three-fold; first to create a campaign that showcased Top Roofers professionalism and reputation for quality work as well introduce the owner, Bruno, to the community; second we wanted to showcase that Top Roofers is a local company who is already doing business in their target markets community; lastly we wanted to grow Top Roofers business to reach a specified sales target by the end of 2022.

Project Deliverables

We researched the industry and used insights from our clients to learn more about the industry. From our research we created a number of deliverables as seen above including a billboard for out-of-home advertising, social media paid promotion, post cards mailed direct to potential customers homes and small-scale ads in local publications. We also arranged for Bruno to attend community events where potential customers could talk with him face to face.

Results

As of the writing of this feature, the “We’re in Your Neighbourhood” Campaign has increased sales for Top Roofers by 210% year over year. Our push for Top Roofers to attend community events resulted in 21% of their leads in the second quarter coming from event attendees. Google Search, the post card campaign and event attendees accounted for more than half of all leads in the second quarter. Lastly, Top Roofers saw their social media following grow by 1000 followers over a single year.
