Client Feature - The Avant Garden Shop
We are excited to work with Brenda Ibey of the award winning Avant-Garden Shop on her social media presence from December 2022. We worked with Brenda to create consistent graphics for her social media posts that included the brand and the location of the store. We also shared a number of the stores positive reviews and created the Avant-age Awards, these awards were given to top preforming products in various categories. How did you hear about our services?
Through the Peterborough & Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce.
How long had you been looking for a service provider for this project?
About a year.
Were you looking for other designers? Why did you decide to work with OmniWorx Inc. over other designers or firms?
Testing the waters. Jack came up with some fun ideas during our initial conversation.
What business challenges were you facing and how did OmniWorx Inc. help you solve them?
I needed some more ideas on gaining followers on Facebook and Instagram as well as creating more interactions.
How did OmniWorx Inc. help bring value to your business?
Right off Jack made a quick adjustment to my logo so it would fit better on Facebook. I had a rectangle in a circle which did not look right. Jack quickly fixed that right off. I was very happy with the solution to a problem I didn’t really pay much attention to. Good to have fresh eyes!
What was the creative process like for you?
Jack has been very clear and organized. I often have ideas but get distracted and don’t get them implemented on a regular basis. Jack got us on track and we see the value in regular and consistent posts now.
What was the reaction like to the new social media posts from your customers?
We’ve been seeing some uptake on posts when they had been dropping in the past few months.
Do you have any advice for other small businesses looking for Graphic Design services?
Jack and OmniWorx are willing to make adjustments to fit almost any budget. After this initial test period we plan on continuing working with Jack. It’s important to be professional looking and Jack helped us with this.
